To order by mail, please send a cashier's
check or money order made payable to “Below
the Knee, LLC" and send to:

Be sure to add the appropriate shipping
charges to all ordered items. If you are
unsure of what the grand total for your
order should be, just add all items that you
wish to purchase to the shopping cart and
proceed to checkout. The shopping cart
system will automatically add up the total
order, including shipping. If you live in
Connecticut, please be sure to add 6% sales
tax to any item priced over $50.
Along with your payment, please include the
following information on a separate piece of
paper:

2. Your shipping address
3. Your phone number
4. Your e-mail address
5. Names and sizes of items that you wish to
purchase (please include color choice, if
applicable)
Once we receive your payment, you will be
notified via email and we will then process
your order. Orders are typically shipped
within 48 hours after receiving payment.

Return Policy
Before returning any items, please call or
email us for instructions and a Return
Authorization. Upon arrival of the returned
item(s), a refund will be issued for the
cost of the item(s), but not including any
shipping charges. Customer will be
responsible for return shipping charges.
We will credit 100% on unworn merchandise
that is returned in new condition. We cannot
accept returns for items that have been
damaged in any way, unless the damage is due
to a flaw in the product itself. We can not
accept returns for items that have been
worn, soiled, or washed.
If you wish to cancel an order after it has
been placed but before it has shipped, you
will be refunded the entire amount of the
order.
All returns must be authorized within 30
calendar days from the date of purchase.
Damaged shipments must be reported to the
carrier within five days of receipt.
Important: We cannot assume
responsibility for items that are lost in
the mail when being returned. Therefore,
please be sure to properly insure your
package(s). FedEx and UPS including tracking
and insurance (although you may want to
purchase more insurance). The US Postal
Service does not include tracking or
insurance, so we advise that you purchase it
at a nominal fee.

Shipping Charges are determined by the value of your order.
Your business is important to us. To allow your orders to arrive safely and efficiently, all orders within the United States will be mailed 2-3 day Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service. They will have a tracking number which allows us to trace the location of your order. Shipping charges will be determined by the value of the order placed as indicated below:

We ship orders internationally but shipping
charges are calculated based on the weight
and destination of the items. Also, some
international orders may be subject to
additional fees (customs, duties, brokerage

responsibility above and beyond the price
paid to BelowTheKnee.Com
We will accept returns for international
orders. However, all fees associated with
returning the item into the possession of
Below the Knee, is the responsibility of the
customer. We will not refund any money until
the item actually arrives at our warehouse.
Any delays or problems due to distance or
customs is not the responsibility of Below
The Knee.
